Listing content you submit — links, screenshots, and photos of vehicles — so Otto can analyze the car and return a deal score.

Account details such as your email address if you create an account, plus basic device information used to keep the app running reliably.

Usage data like which features you open and how often, in aggregate, so we can improve the app.

How we use it

To produce listing analyses, price ranges, known issues, and negotiation guidance.

To maintain, secure, and improve the app, and to respond when you contact support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the app (hosting, analytics, and the AI models that generate analyses), and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

Retention and your choices

Scans and account data are kept while your account is active. You can delete individual scans in the app, or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information. Email us and we will help.

Children

Otto is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date below and, for meaningful changes, notify you in the app.
